Aris, an Indonesian cocktail creator, started his mixology journey in Bali. His surroundings inspired him to pursue the art form; anyone in Bali will tell you that premiere-level cocktail craftsmanship is everywhere you turn. That energy led him to be the runner-up in Indonesia's world-class bartender competition in 2019 and a top 3 finalist in the Campari Indonesian Competition. We plucked him out of the field at the ripe age of 23, put him through the boot camp at Bambam, and presented him to you as a fully formed cocktail artisan, and currently, he is looking after the whole beverage program in Hylo, Vietnam.

He aims to take Roka to the top of Asia's mixology lore with subtle flavor pairings, unexpected palettes, and sumptuous blends of umami, sugar, bitter, and acid. Roka's current cocktail menu, inspired by '80s to '90s music - the cocktail - has something for purveyors of all kinds. His career path started in Bali, working alongside with World class mixologists Dre Masso and Kamil Foltan from 2016 to 2017 and sharpening his culinary skills in Bikini Bali, working alongside Jetro Vincent in 2 years of training his the art of culinary technique and Mixologist combined, 2019 his aims to bring his career to international level and works for Rokafella bar, his finest cocktails defined his craft, his currently look after the beverage program for Hylo Vn
